Let Your Kids See Further
- What: Kidnoculars
- When: 2 to 11 years
- Why: Comfortable, affordable, durable, kid sized
- Where: Amazon
Does your kid need to see things closer? Maybe not, but I bet they will still enjoy these kid-sized binoculars. My daughter got them as a gift several years ago, and all three kids still fight over them.
The squishy plastic rims fit easily over little eyes, and the cutout shapes means they never get it wrong when holding them up to their face. The neck strap helps keep them in place, yet snaps apart in a flash under tension, so you never have to worry about strangulation.

These binoculars don’t come with adjustable focus, which sounds bad except that you never have to worry about your kid seeing through them clearly. Our pair has outlasted several bumps, bruises, and tussles over ownership, yet still looks almost brand new.

My kids rarely use them to take a closer look outdoors, but they play with them all the time. I’ve also spotted the same set on multiple other kids, so I’m confident it isn’t just my kids who love them. Our only problem is that we only own one pair for three kids.
