If you’ve ever had two or more kids in the same dining room, you know how hard it can be to get them to agree on something to eat. While I have one or two easy dinners all three of my kids will eat, it’s rare to find something, snack or otherwise, they love. But these Yogurt Covered Raisins proved to be the exception.

You can get these standard SunMaid Raisins covered in two types of yogurt, chocolate or vanilla. Of course, my three kids can’t agree on which one tastes best. We solve that dilemma by buying some of both, though they will all eat either one. They love the extra sweetness of the yogurt, and the small boxes make them perfect for school snacks or treats on the go.

The yogurt coating can melt, much like other types of chocolate, so I wouldn’t leave them in a hot car or pack them for outdoor summer activities. But they work great in lunch boxes with cold packs even in the hottest temperatures. Since my kids will all eat them year round, we stock up whenever we find them. By limiting the kids to one per day, we can make a six pack last two whole days. If you need more raisins per container, try a bag of dark chocolate covered yogurt raisins as well.
