  • What: Why I Love Apartment Therapy
  • When: Pregnancy to college
  • Why: Useful, varied, short
  • Where: Apartment Therapy

Though I moved out of my last apartment more years ago than I care to admit, I still love reading Apartment Therapy. After three kids and multiple moves, I find myself enjoying all this small space website has to offer.

Apartment Therapy website Parenting Advice landing page
This site comes with a variety of advice tailored for busy parents.

If you have kids, it doesn’t matter if you live in a small space or not. You can still find lots of gems in the content. From new tidying methods to how to store toys like LEGO, this site goes beyond topics for recent graduates, newlyweds, people downsizing, and apartment dwellers.

Apartment Therapy
Find articles for cleaning up, traveling, and more in this section of the site.

Apartment Therapy even offers a family section under the Living menu. From booking vacation properties to getting kids to clean up, you’ll find plenty of posts catered specifically to parents. That’s in addition to the style, DIY articles, and home tours you know and love. Short articles mean you can squeeze in reading during other tasks, like meal prep or while the kids brush their teeth.

Now you’ll have to excuse me while I go read about more ways to get my kids onboard with picking up around the house.
