Looking for a great set of paint for young Picassos? Want to avoid the mess that comes with a lot of kid painting projects? Grab a handful of Crayola Color Wonder Mess Free Fingerpaints.
Like all the Crayola Color Wonder products, these finger paints only work on their special mess free paper. While that means you have to buy the special paper, too, it also means the paint doesn’t stain their clothes, your furniture, the walls, or anything else they touch with messy hands. Kids don’t need a brush, so they can enjoy the sensory feeling of making art directly with their hands. Plus the cute handprint tray helps keep the colors separate.

My kids love this paint so much they cover the entire sheet of paper with it.
These gel-like paints don’t have the brightest colors, so if you need a specific shade of red, for instance, you might want to try some of their other paints. But the pastel colors in the final result make for some stunning artwork. We still have one of my child’s finger paintings made with these paints framed because I love it so much, despite the fact that my kid simply smeared an entire sheet of paper with the colors.
These paints come in small amounts. My kids have used them up entirely twice, and could probably use it all in one sitting if they tried. On the plus side, I don’t have dried up containers of paint sitting around, and when we want more, I know what to buy.
