The Stonekeeper Amulet Graphic Novel on Amazon

Dangers abound in the basement of the new home Emily and Navin share with their recently widowed mother. When she disappears, they follow her into a world filled with demons, robots, and talking animals. Once there, they must make alliances to defeat monsters and save their mother.

Both my eleven-year-old son and nine-year-old daughter love this series of books. They discovered it at the local library more than six months ago, and have happily read and reread each book in the series they can find. With eight books to choose from, the characters return for new adventures in each selection. You can buy the books individually, or get eight books in a boxed set.

The vivid imagery and graphic novel style appeals to kids.

Once your child dives into this world beneath the floor, they won’t be able to put the books down. The fast-paced story and fantastic illustrations will hook them from page one. The only issue is how fast kids can go through them. Luckily they will read them over and over again, making these a great addition to any home library.
