This giant book comes packed with illustrations from all the Zelda games. With more than 400 pages filled with beautiful art, kids can explore the book time and time again. The book comes divided into three main sections. The first, Masterpiece Gallery, features scenes from different games. See a variety of art, from sketches to the final game renderings. The second section, called Character Illustrations, comes packed with drawings of every character big and small. The Temple of Time makes up the final section, with logos, pixel art, a bonus gallery, and more.
This book weighs quite a bit, so kids may need help getting it on or off shelves. It comes loaded with pictures, but has minimal text, only enough to identify each piece of art, making it great for kids who don’t want lots of reading. It also makes wonderful inspiration for kids to create their own art, or use a tracing board to make and color their own versions of their favorite images from the book.
While it won’t expand their vocabulary or brush up their literacy skills, this book lets them spend more time with their favorite characters sans screen.
