These small Japanese-inspired toys first hit the scene back in the late 90’s. In the last year or so, they’ve experienced a dramatic resurgence in our household. Each tiny electronic toy measures a couple inches tall by 1.75 inches wide, and three quarters of an inch deep. It comes with three buttons, usually on a keychain, so kids can attach it to a backpack LINK and take it with them wherever they go. Each one has a digital pet, who needs care to thrive. Two of my kids have become obsessed with these tiny electronic pets, and love to have them and check on them constantly.
